Perspectives: Ring the Bell

I love signs.  I love to "collect" them. This one was funny to me.  It just asks me to ring the bell. No reason, not for service - just ring the bell.  I was tempted.

Perspectives: Two Roads

Have you heard the poem by Robert Frost entitled "The Road not Taken"?  I memorized it in fifth grade.  Paths diverging like this always remind me of that poem.

Perspectives: Church Sign

I love to look at church signs. I think this one might be one of my favorites.

Perspectives: Plates

This is an art piece in the Union Trust Building in Pittsburgh. What impressed me is that it is made of plates.  Individual plates coming together to make an image. Feels church-like to me.

Perspectives: Mountains

Back in July, I said I hoped to be back to regular blogging in August. I was, for just a little bit of time, but life pushed it to the back burner again.

I'm working to return life to a regular routine. I hope that means blogging again.

I'll see you next week with a series of posts sharing a sermon I wrote in September.
